How does payment work?
When you complete your booking with us more than 21 days in advance, you can choose to pay a 50% deposit to secure the booking. This deposit is fully refundable up to 21 days prior to your stay. The full balance is due 3 weeks before your stay or can be paid immediately online when you book. We accept credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal.
Are the tents waterproof?
All of our bell tents are treated with waterproofing agents to the canvas to ensure they are watertight. Like all canvas tents however, if anything is leaning on the tent whilst it is raining it will create a weak spot in the cavas for water to potentially penetrate through. During particularly heavy or persistent rain, water may drip through zips. We advise moving belongings away from the edges of the tent and ensuring they are not touching the walls. Generally though, canvas bell tents handle adverse weather very well.
Do we have to pay for kids?
We do not have seperate prices for children and adults, basically our prices revolve around the number of beds we provide. If your child is small enough that they won't require a bed or you intend to bring a travel cot for them, then they are welcome free of charge.
How many people can fit in each tent?
Our couple's bell tent suites are perfect for couples or can be configured with 2 single beds too. (Simply request this on the booking form).
Our family bell tent suites are ideal for 3 or 4 people. A 3 person family suite will be configured with 1 queen and 1 single bed as standard and a 4 person suite will have 1 queen and 2 singles.
