Where can we Glamp?
You can choose virtually any location within our service area where camping is allowed (Free delivery within a 30km radius of Tuggerah) - many of our customers use private land which they have access to or you can choose one of our recommended sites. (Campsites must be booked separately by yourself and our prices do not include any campsite or national park fees.)
What happens if it rains?
We endeavour to fulfil all bookings regardless of the weather. We are able to setup in most conditions and being that tents are, by definition, shelter from the elements, you have little worry about in terms of getting wet (see next question).
Occasionally if relentless storms are forecast or in particular; damaging winds, it may be necessary to postpone your booking, but this is extremely rare. Glamping in the rain can be a lot of fun, the worst thing about it is setting up and packing down, and fortunately we take care of that!
Are the tents waterproof?
All of our bell tents are treated with waterproofing agents to the canvas to ensure they are watertight. Like all canvas tents however, anything leaning on the walls will create a weak spot for water to potentially penetrate through. During particularly heavy or persistent rain, water can drip through zips, so ensure all tent zips are not exposed. We advise moving belongings away from the edges of the tent and ensuring they are not touching the walls. Generally though, canvas bell tents handle adverse weather very well, particularly compared with cheap, modern tents.
Do we have to pay for kids?
We do not have seperate prices for children and adults, basically our prices revolve around the number of beds we provide. If your child is small enough that they won't require a bed or you intend to bring a travel cot for them, then they are welcome free of charge.
How many people can fit in each tent?
We use 5m European Bell Tents which have a 5m diameter footprint and are 3m high at the centre.
They are palatial for couples, perfect for a family of 4 and can comfortably fit up to 6 if you're happy to get a little cosy!
Without mattresses, our furnished 'chill' suites are great for a communal space or for kids parties. You'll easily fit 10+ people in there sitting on the cushions and you can throw in your own bedding for a full blown slumber party.
What do I need to bring with me?
Your GLAMPR bell tent will be fully kitted out with everything you need in terms of bedding, seating and lighting. However here are a few extra things you might want to bring: Suncream, mosquito spray, food and drinks, warm clothing, torch, wet wipes. If you've ordered a kitchen package then an esky will be setup for you as well as all cooking utensils, stove and washing up materials. If not then bringing your own esky is always a good idea.

Can I come for just 1 night?
You are welcome to stay for only one night if you wish however our minimum booking term is 2 nights and this rate will still apply. This is due to the amount of time, travel and labour involved in constructing and packing down your luxury GLAMPR tent. We put a lot of love into building every GLAMPR tent and we'd love you to stay and enjoy it for as long as you can.
What time can we check-in?
Check-in is 3pm
Check-out is 10:30am
How much space is required for each tent?
5m Bell Tents require a minimum of 7m x 7m of flat soft ground.
4m Bell Tents require a minimum of 6m x 6m of flat soft ground
Can we bring our pet?
We're afraid not. In order to keep our spaces clean and fresh, we do not allow pets in any of our tents. Pets are also prohibited in most campsites and national parks.
Is there electricity?
Some sites have mains power points available however most of the best spots are not on the grid. But because we know you'll probably have a few gadgets with you that need charging, we provide USB-A power packs in all of our tents to keep you up and running.
Do I need to pay a bond/damage deposit?
No, instead we do a credit card authorisation prior to the hire (a bit like a hotel). We send you a link for this usually 5 days or so before your booking. Your credit card details are then stored securely by our merchant 'Square', and are deleted 7 days after your hire. Any damages or losses incurred during your stay will be charged to this card.
